Jari is Spark Studio’s new skill-building program for college graduates and young professionals. It helps learners **develop sales skills** and get placed in top startups and companies.

**Role: Operations Intern (6 Months Internship)**
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to own and streamline the **operations of the Jari program**. Beyond managing day-to-day tasks, you will be at the heart of shaping processes, driving learner experience, and contributing directly to the success of the program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end program operations** including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements.
- Design and improve processes for smooth program delivery.
- Track learner progress, performance, and ensure a great learning experience.
- Coordinate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams.
- Contribute to building **scalable systems** for future program batches.
- Take ownership of special projects related to growth and learner success.

**What You’ll Gain**:
