**Responsibilities**:
User Interface Design:

- Create and iterate on design concepts based on project requirements, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- User Experience Design:

- Craft user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience by understanding user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Health Sector Focus:

- Leverage industry-specific knowledge and experience to design solutions that meet the unique requirements of the health sector.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design solutions with project goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.
- Responsive Design:

- Create responsive designs that cater to various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and optimized experience across platforms.
- Iterative Design Process:

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively.
- Keep abreast of user experience research and incorporate findings into design solutions.
- Documentation:

- Prepare design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and specifications, to guide development teams.

**Requirements**:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven track record of designing solutions for the health sector.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Communication:

- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Portfolio:

- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, especially those within the health sector.
- Problem Solving:

- Ability to creatively solve design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
