Docterz Health Tech is a fast-growing health-tech startup led by doctors, engineers, and data scientists, focused on building cutting-edge OPD software and digital solutions for medical professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with doctors and clinic staff
- Resolve queries related to our OPD software and services
- Provide onboarding support and training to new doctor clients
- Document and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams
- Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with doctors

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software features
- Prior experience in healthcare/health-tech support preferred
- Patience, empathy, and ability to deal with busy medical professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
