**Job type**: Full time work from home job (remote). Travel for meetings whenever required.
**Work hours**: 10.30 am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, any 2 Saturdays working in a month. Flexible working hours will be provided as per work load due to the nature of business.
**We expect you to have your own laptop & a good wifi service.**
**ABOUT ONFERENCE**:
Onference is a mobile and web platform that allows doctors to learn from one another by sharing academic videos instantly.
Our vision is to unify doctors from across the world on our platform, allow them to easily create and share academic videos and thereby change the way they learn.
Our goal is to win customers by creating a valuable platform that any doctor will choose to pay to use eventually. To that end, our focus is on building a sustainable and profitable business first, and then chase growth.
**Job Role**:
Create a top of the mind recall by sending direct marketing campaigns to prospects on a regular basis.
Do regular calls and follow-ups to develop, create and maintain positive relationships and a good rapport with prospective clients (doctors).
Willing to do research on developing our existing data & and generate new leads.
Research & give useful insights on the CME Market.
Target-driven and willing to explore and suggest new ways of achieving the set goals & develop business opportunities.
Working on Sales Kit and Sales proposals.
Should be experienced or interested in international sales.

Good understanding of digital/online space
Good verbal and written communication skills
Persistent & patient
Strong follow-ups
Capability to forge relationships in an online environment.
**Preferred Industry**:
Medcom agencies
Medical Publication with BD/Sales experience
Event agencies managing medical events as a PCO (Professional conference Organiser) with BD experience
Advertising agencies with BD experience.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
