**Job Summary**:
As a Field Marketing Executive for our Academy, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and enrollment through direct marketing efforts. You will actively engage with potential students, educational institutions, and local communities to promote our courses and programs. Your role will involve planning and executing field marketing campaigns, building strong relationships, and achieving enrollment targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Campaigns**: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote the institute's courses and programs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage with potential students through direct interactions, events, and community outreach.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and community organizations.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the education sector.
- **Event Management**: Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, seminars, and other events to promote the institute.
- **Brand Promotion**: Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in targeted areas.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Attributes**:

- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- A strong understanding of the local market and educational landscape.

**Shift**:Day Shift

**Salary**: 15k to 30k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
