**Job Summary**:
As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and experience in administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to optimize office operations.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process.
- Handle and resolve administrative issues and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee office maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any facility-related emergencies or concerns
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office records and files.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement record retention schedules.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 6 Month in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
