Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Co-ordination with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Light accounting duties
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing and maintenance of filing systems manually and electronically.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.
- Perform receptionist duties and Data Entry when needed.
**Skill Set**
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 2 Years Experience as Office Assistant
- Education - Regular - Graduation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
