**Retail Operations Associate**

**Job Overview**:
As a Retail Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and implementing sales strategies. Your role involves close collaboration with store managers, sales staff, and internal teams of MBO’s to ensure seamless operations and improved sales performance, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

1. Stock Management: Manage stock allocation - replenishment and stock shuffling across offline stores (SIS at MBOs) to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet demand effectively.

2. Sales Analysis: Conduct comprehensive sales analysis on a store and region-wise basis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

3. Store Profiling and Communication: Perform detailed store profiling, gather feedback from store managers, and maintain open communication channels to address challenges promptly and effectively.

4. Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams and store staff to customize End of end-of-season sales (EOSS) and other discount strategies according to store requirements and market trends.

5. Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance in-store experiences and drive customer engagement.

6. Reporting and Coordination: Coordinate with sales staff for weekly, bimonthly, and monthly reports. Ensure timely follow-up and accuracy in reporting procedures.

**Skills Required**:

- Graduate with a focus on business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel Advance for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Fashion retail industry trends and market dynamics is preferred. (Women’s wear)
- Sales driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
