**Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Store Operations and Management**:

- Oversee all daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with the brand’s guidelines.
- Monitor store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, footfall) and implement strategies to drive improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.

**2. Sales and Profitability**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize store sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to boost revenue.

**3. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak times.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

**4. Customer Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring staff is well-trained in customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints and address feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure that the store consistently delivers a premium brand experience.

**5. Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation**:

- Maintain and enhance the store’s visual appeal by adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Represent the brand’s ethos and values in all aspects of the store's operations and interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail management systems, POS software, and inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
