**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate financial products (e.g., loans, mortgages, investment solutions, insurance).
- Conduct product presentations and follow up with leads to close deals.
- **Product Knowledge & Consultation**:

- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Provide consultations to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding financial products.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products as needed to maximize revenue.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- **Customer Service & Retention**:

- Offer post-sale support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Address customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to team targets and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Experience in using CRM tools and sales reporting software.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g., loans, credit, insurance, investments) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients (if applicable).
