He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) Job Description - Operations Associate Key Responsibilities: - Ability to build a process driven and scalable operations backbone in each of the BUs - Ability to handle multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously - Collaborate with cross-functional internal/external partners and customers to identify problems and prioritize between multiple projects - End-to-end execution of the project along with contributing in project plans - Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with innovative solutions to improve the metrics - Worked at an early stage startup in a 0-1 phase of its journey - Has Experience in putting processes in place and navigating high growth while delivering a high quality user experience - Was highly involved in student body fests and activities during college or would have done internships at high growth startups - Good in Stakeholder management - Good Analytical skills(Excel, SQL, etc.) **Mutual Respect**: We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
