**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, Reels, etc.)
- Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and foster community interaction
- Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and create monthly reports to improve strategy
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns
- Run paid campaigns and promotions on Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or Twitter Ads as needed
- Maintain brand consistency in tone and visual style across all platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization for social media
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
