**Social Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Executive** to join our Digital Team. This role is ideal for someone who not only **understands the dynamics of social media platforms** but also has a **natural flair for storytelling and crafting compelling content**that resonates with our niche [UPSC CSE] audiences.

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for **developing, executing, and managing content strategies** that enhance our **brand presence, engage online communities,** and **support overall business objectives**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate ideas into engaging social content.
- Create original content including **promotional write-ups, storytelling pieces,**and **thought leadership posts** for platforms such as **LinkedIn, Medium, Quora,** and others.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and insights to **craft relevant narratives and campaigns**.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms.
- **Build and engage with online communities** to foster interaction and positive brand association.
- **Track performance metrics** (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize content strategies accordingly.

**Desirable Competencies**
- **Ability to translate business objectives** into **clear and relatable social content**.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a **flair for creative storytelling,** **real-life reflections,** and **promotional messaging.**:

- Familiarity with social platforms like **LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, Twitter, Instagram,** and **Facebook**.
- Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and **ownership**.
- **Analyzing Data**:Reviewing analytics to understand what works and refining strategies based on performance. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs and analyze and report on the effects of publications.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and flexible & evolving demeanour
- Basic idea of UPSC niche and its requisites
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed
- Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachable
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

**Employment Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Educational Background**:Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Bachelor’s degree in **Communications, Journalism, Marketing,** or related field.
- Experience working in **digital marketing teams** or **creative content agencies**.
- Portfolio or examples of **past social media content/stories** is a plus.
