**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, blogs) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop social media calendars and strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to produce relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
- Experiment with new formats and creative ideas to boost visibility.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and social media advertising is a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing, paid campaigns, or community building.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
