**Urgent requirement for the Social Media Intern profile**:
**Location**: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
**Duration**: 6-Month Internship (with PPO)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team for a 6-month internship. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy, while working closely with our team of experts. There is a possibility of a full-time offer (PPO) based on your performance and the business’s needs at the end of the internship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging, creative, and on-brand social media content, including graphics, videos, stories, posts, and captions for multiple platforms.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Support the social media team in executing and refining social media strategies to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
- **Scheduling & Posting**: Assist in scheduling and posting content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and monitor content performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.), and help prepare reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels for comments, direct messages, mentions, and engage with the online community to build and maintain relationships with followers.
- **Trend Research**: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help ensure that our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Assist in maintaining the content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all social platforms.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
