**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative Creative Head to lead our social media strategy and video content creation. This role is perfect for someone with a creative mind who can bring fresh ideas, manage content uploads, and boost our online presence across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative strategies for social media growth.
- Plan, script, and oversee of engaging video content.
- Upload and optimize videos across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to engage target audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with video platforms and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A passion for storytelling and digital creativity.
