We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to join our team in Delhi. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the institute's social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content, and contributing to the growth and visibility of Forum IAS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Forum IAS’s brand and objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day activities across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media posts, stories, and other creative formats.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and maintain a positive and active online presence.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Forum IAS courses, programs, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Design) to create cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve social media engagement and reach.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for education and staying updated on current affairs, especially related to civil services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
