**Segment - Operational Risk Management - Internal Audit**

Internal auditors assist organizations in implementing and improving compliance, governance and risk management-related processes and controls within an organization. Internal audit can help with nearly any aspect of a business, from choosing new technology to implementing a new company culture. Auditors go in to analyse and document the current processes in place, usually through interviewing key personnel, and come up with recommendations to help the company achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

**How your work look like -**

You will be independently helping your manager in assessing the company's current risk chart, testing the control, and assessing the risk appetite of the organization based on the Kreston OPR Risk Model Framework. Kreston OPR Risk Model is a comprehensive organizing framework for defining and understanding potential business risks.

The model categorizes business risk into Process Risk, and Information for Decision-Making Risk. Designing the control matrix based on the assessed Risk and continuous testing of controls for its effectiveness.

**Requirements-**

1. Experience in Internal Audit for 2 to 4 years

2., Inter CA, Bcom or any equivalent degree.

3. Good Communication and writing skills

4. Hands on experience in MS Office, Advanced with Microsoft Excel

5. Open to travel
