
Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital marketing tools.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s travel packages, destinations, and itineraries to confidently pitch products.
- **Sales Planning and Execution**:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Organize and execute sales campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure proper documentation of bookings.
- **Market Research**: Understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest better strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in sales within the travel industry is a plus.
