**Job Deliverables - Export Import Documentation Executive**

Export Import Documentation

EXPORT

1. Knowledge of Post shipment documents

2. Preparation of documents related to the LC term.

3. Coordination & Follow-up with various internal for Export Shipments, factories for timely dispatches of orders & stuffing of containers, Accounts team for Transporters, Freight

Forwarders, CHA’s Bill payments etc.

4. Practical knowledge of International Trade Documents (Gsp Certificate, Certificate Of Origin

( On Dgft ), Rex Certificate, Iucepa Certificate etc.,)

5. Coordination and Follow-up with CHA regarding document status and completing all custom processes & provide them with required Details and Documents for Customs Clearance.

6. Maintaining the Container’s Tracking Report & Tracking of Consignment till reaches its destination.

7. Checking all the Invoices related to the shipping line, cha, and transporter and getting the same updated with the internal team for timely payment.

IMPORT

1. Having knowledge of shipment through Sea & Air.

2. Coordination with the agent and cha for all the documents, advising errors and making sure to receive appropriate documents.

3. Follow up with CHA for import shipments & provide them with required details and send original documents for filing a bill of entry and other documents for completing all custom processes.

4. To ensure safe transit of material and vehicle follow-up for delivery of material

5. Responsible for tracking shipment & Maintaining the Container’s Tracking Report
