**Job Description: Social Media & Content Creator (Intern or 1-2 years of Exp.)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern and Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about social media, storytelling, and engaging audiences through compelling content. You will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, develop brand-aligned content, and execute social media strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop, design, and produce high-quality content (Mobile shoot), including graphics, videos, photos, and written posts for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for innovative campaigns and trending content.
- Edit videos and images to align with the brand’s visual identity. (Mobile app/Canva/Adobe premiere Pro)
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule, post, and monitor content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
- Monitor trends and competitors to adapt strategies and stay relevant.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and Analyse performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving content and campaign effectiveness.
- **Brand Alignment**:

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all social media platforms.
- **Research and Strategy Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithms.
- Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to achieve marketing goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or content creation. (Advantage)
- Knowledge of SEO and basic web analytics.
- Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.
