Determine placement requirements and assist all interested learners to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.

Act as a liaison between the learners and potential recruiters to ensure the learners are successfully placed in the job market.

To proactively contact and collaborate with various recruiters, companies & Design Studios.

Maintain a database of potential recruiters and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.

Conduct training programs for learners to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.

Give feedback to learners on their resume & assignment.

Set up interviews for the interested learners and coordinate the schedules accordingly.

Answering and tending to learner queries on various platforms on a timely basis.

**Skills**

Graduation is a must.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a placement coordinator.

Good verbal and written communication.

Must have a positive attitude.

Display constant enthusiasm towards work

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
