**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper sampling techniques and testing protocols are adhered to.
- **Compliance & Standards**:

- Monitor compliance with ISO, API, and other industry-specific quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and certifications.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify areas for improvement in production and quality processes.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize product formulations and manufacturing workflows.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and supervise the quality control team to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Provide guidance to ensure continuous learning and development within the team.
- **Testing & Laboratory Management**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of lab equipment used for product testing.
- Develop and validate new testing methods as per product development needs.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Analyze data from quality tests to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Generate detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints, initiating quality improvement measures.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control in the lubricant or petrochemical industry.
- Hands-on experience with lubricant testing equipment and methodologies.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and use of testing instruments (e.g., viscometers, flash point testers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ASTM testing methods, and API certifications.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
