Role & responsibilities :-

Supervise quality control during production of khand and gur.

Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products for quality compliance.

Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and ISO/FSSAI standards.

Maintain accurate quality records and reports.

Train production staff on quality practices.

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or supervision in food manufacturing.

Diploma in Quality Management or certifications like Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.

Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and process improvement.

Good analytical and communication skills.
