- Follow call scripts to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure customers' issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
