GeekyAnts India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Restaurant Cashier to join our Kitchen team TAZZA TADKA at our Bangalore location. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments for customer orders.
- Order Management: Efficiently manage dine-in and take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues or complaints professionally.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized, including the counter and surrounding workspaces.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of menu items, including ingredients and special promotions, to assist customers with their orders.
- Cash Register Operation: Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Receipts and Bills: Provide customers with detailed receipts and bills, ensuring transparency in all transactions.
- Balancing Cash Drawer: Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Cashier.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash registers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
