**Process Transactions**: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, assist with menu inquiries, and provide information on any special offers or promotions.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure accuracy in processing customer orders, both dine-in and takeout, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding any specific instructions.
- **Cash Handling**: Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring that there are no discrepancies.
- **Receipts & Invoices**: Provide customers with accurate receipts and maintain organized records of all transactions.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating any major concerns to the management.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**: Keep the cashier area neat and organized. Assist with light cleaning duties as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the serving and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- **Adhere to Policies**: Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
