**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily routine activity of Sales & Marketing of OEMs & Replacement market.
- Monitoring of stock level & collection of targets from all marketing branches.
- Preparation of Weekly/ monthly schedule of products.
- Monitoring of Schedule Vs Supply
- Ensuring timely Delivery of Products
- Coordination with Production / PPC Department for smooth supply to customers
- Preparation of all types of MIS Reports for Management.
- Handling RFQ
- New Business Development activities
- Costing of products.
- Timely communication with customers
- Handling Customer Complaints & Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Timely follow-up for payments
- Close monitoring of competitor activities (Product, Price, Quality & new developments)
- Handling ISO/IATF audits
- Responsible for the purchase of BOP parts.
