**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our consultancy services.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and persuade clients to utilize our consultancy.
- Identify and follow up on warm leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Proven ability to convince and convert leads through effective communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the overseas education and immigration sector is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,338.73 per month
