**Job Summary**
- He will be responsible for the overall safety of the Equipment and Machinery.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance of facilities, furnishing & equipment.
- Regular servicing of the Air-conditioners and allies.
- Regular maintenance of the Geysers, service whenever required.
- Ensuring that the property is provided with adequate power supply.
- Recording the Utility meter and validating the daily usage.
- Maintaining the Diesel & Power consumption reports.
- Maintaining the operations of the STP Plant.
- checking and refilling of the Fire extinguishers and maintenance.
- Emergency preparedness by ensuring appropriate measures.
- Operates life safety systems and regular monitoring.
- Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
- Repairs televisions, phones, radios, etc.
- General plumbing work handling.
- Responds to all building related safety concerns.
- Maintains departmental compliance with maintenance procedures.
- Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- Good analyzing skills.
- Emergency preparedness.
- Well versed with the safety measures and equipment.
