**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily food production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and timelines.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train kitchen/production staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs.
- **Quality & Hygiene Control**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of workstations, equipment, and raw materials.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- **Inventory & Cost Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely requisition of raw materials.
- Control wastage and manage cost-effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records of consumption and production.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to FSSAI/ISO/HACCP or other food safety guidelines.
- Maintain production reports, wastage reports, and staff attendance.
- Report operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in food production or kitchen operations (QSR, Catering, Food Processing preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
