**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Contribute to developing automation solution for repeatable tasks. Work with various technologies SME and identify their pain points and develop/build the solution. Also, able to work assist architect, understand business requirement and assist him in technology front for various automation tools, like Ansible, Ansible tower, Terraform, Jenkins, etc. Finally, able to assist in alternate technical approach.
- Liaise with various technical teams for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks. Mentor junior resources provide them guidance and help in resolving issues related to automation solution build, etc.
- Provide best practices and capabilities across teams.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 5 Years of strong experience in Linux administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any automation technologies (Ansible/Ansible Tower/Jenkins/Terraforms)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise on Ansible Engine, including creation of Ansible playbooks, creation of Ansible roles, etc.
- Experience in Ansible Tower is required
- Experience of Linux administration is must
- Good knowledge of Python development
- Passionate about technology and solving IT operations related problems
- Experience working in version control management tools like GitHub/GitLab or subversion.
- Experience and exposure to Jenkins CI/CD
- Knowledge of Terraform is desirable
- Experience in scripting such Shell and Python.
- Experience on AWS Cloud (but IBM/Azure/Google cloud is acceptable)
- Working knowledge of VCenter/VRO/VRA would benefit.
- Exposure to networking skills like, subnet, DNS, DHCP, routing, etc
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives
- Understanding of Storage technologies
- Knowledge of Patching and patch management on Linux is desirable and Windows platform is added advantage.
- Good Troubleshooting skills
- Work experience using ITIL process for Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Able to integrate Ansible with Public cloud service from vendor like IBM, AWS and Azure Cloud.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Good understanding of micro services architecture
- Understanding of DevOps principles and working knowledge on CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
- Understanding of system integration and system components Architecture.
- Certified in Redhat Ansible
- Certified in Red Hat Linux (RHCSA, RHCE)
- Certified in any of the cloud areas (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / IBM Cloud, etc)
- Added advantage of Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
