We're looking for a
skilled Python Backend Engineer
to join our team. If you're passionate about building
scalable, high-performance applications
and enjoy working across backend and frontend technologies, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications in
Python (Django/Flask)
, while also collaborating on
frontends
and
cloud-native deployments
. This is an opportunity to work on modern, distributed systems and continuously learn new tools and frameworks.

What You'll Do

·      Develop and maintain
backend services & APIs
using Python (Django and Flask).

·      Build
RESTful APIs
and integrate with frontend applications built in

.

·      Design and manage
relational & NoSQL databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

·      Work with
microservices architecture
, ensuring resilience and scalability.

·      Containerize applications with
Docker
and orchestrate deployments using
Kubernetes (K8s)
.

·      Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on
cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
.

·      Implement
CI/CD pipelines
for automated testing and deployments.

·      Monitor applications using tools like
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, New Relic, Datadog
.

·      Write
unit & integration tests
to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

·      Participate in
code reviews, system design discussions, and peer mentoring
.

·      Collaborate in
Agile/Scrum environments
and contribute to continuous improvement.

·      Write
unit, integration, and load tests
using
PyTest, Unittest
.

·      Implement
caching, rate limiting, and API gateways
for scalable systems.

What We're Looking For

·      Strong expertise in
Python
with experience in at least one major framework (
Django and Flask
).

·      Hands-on experience with

for frontend integration.

·      Solid knowledge of
REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML, and web standards
.

·      Proficiency with
databases
: PostgreSQL, MySQL (plus exposure to NoSQL is a plus).

·      Familiarity with
cloud services
(AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud-native practices.

·      Strong understanding of
microservices, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery)
.

·      Practical experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments
.

·      Knowledge of
version control systems
(Git/GitHub/GitLab).

·      Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Good communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for learning.

·      Strong knowledge of
Solid principle and Design patterns.

·      Strong understanding of
microservices & distributed systems
.

·      Knowledge of
security practices
: OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, secrets management.

·      Understanding of
design patterns, system architecture, and scalability concepts
.

·      Analytical thinker with excellent
debugging & problem-solving skills
.

·      Strong communicator with experience in
team collaboration & peer reviews
.

Nice-to-Have

·      Experience with
FastAPI, GraphQL, or gRPC
.

·      Exposure to
DevOps practices
and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).

·      Knowledge of
security best practices
(OAuth2, JWT, TLS).

·      Experience in
high-traffic or low-latency systems
.

·      Familiarity with
design tools
(Figma, Sketch) for collaboration with designers.

·      Exposure to
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech).
