Already trusted by 500+ clinics, scanO is redefining how preventive care is delivered.**What You’ll Do**As a Customer Engagement Intern, you’ll work closely with our partner clinics, hospitals, and institutional clients to ensure they’re successfully using scanO air and engage. Your focus will be on increasing product engagement, driving repeat usage, and ensuring clients are maximizing the value of the scanO ecosystem.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onboarding and product demo sessions for clinic staff, doctors, and admins
- Ensure smooth adoption of scanO air and scanO engage among new B2B customers
- Monitor usage dashboards and track key engagement metrics (e.g. number of scans, active users, follow-up conversions)
- Work with the sales and product teams to identify usage gaps and re-engage inactive clients
- Provide technical support and remote troubleshooting during early usage phases
- Assist in customizing workflows for different clinic setups (single-chair, multi-location, corporate health partners)
- Collate customer feedback and pain points for product refinement
- Maintain accurate CRM logs and track onboarding/completion status
- Help organize webinars or small-format training workshops for partner clinics**Who You Are**:

- Marketing studentStrong communicator in English and Hindi (+ additional regional language is a bonus) **Comfortable explaining technology to non-tech users (doctors, staff)**:

- Confident in presenting over Zoom/Meet; prior demo experience is a plus
- Curious about health-tech and SaaS tools used in B2B settings
- Familiar with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business
- Analytical mindset - you love digging into metrics to solve engagement puzzles
