**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: Mobiliser - Wellbeing Champions Training Program

**Job type**: Hybrid (Work from Home, except might have to travel once or twice a month)

We have a vacancy for a Mobilizer for our Wellbeing Champions Training Program. As a Mobiliser, you will play a vital role in scheduling and coordinating the program batches, managing client communication and data, and facilitating the overall success of the program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule training batches and track calls for the Wellbeing Champions Training Program.
- Manage client nominations and data in collaboration with Emotional Health Coaches, including copying relevant information.
- Follow up with clients, and schedule reflection sessions.
- Create and communicate batch details to participants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and explore future training opportunities.
- Generate Zoom meeting links and manage communication channels.
- Update participant data, demographic information, and completion status after each batch.
- Collect feedback and identify testimonials to showcase program impact.
- Contribute to the goal of training 1000 champions by efficiently facilitating the program.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accurate data management.
- Independent and collaborative work style.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Understanding of mental health and well-being concepts (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
