**Position**:Systems Administrator
**Experience**:2+Years

**Education**:Graduate (IT), Subsequent MCA/BCA qualification.

**Computer Skills**:Database Management (SQL Server, MS Access, MSDE),Microsoft Technologies

Ability to perform business analysis from System generated reports

Ability to create reports based on site specific business needs.

**Soft Skills**:Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to train & manage a group of System Operators spread across branches.

**Age: Not more than 40 yrs.**

**Salary: Growth on current CTC**

**Location: Surat**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Technology Head - Owner of IDSKEA for IT and plans / budgets all distributor technology requirements ( computers, phone, mobiles, printers, networks, Internet, software licenses etc )

2. Executive Reporting - Handles executive reporting requirements of distributor by liaising between distributor and backroom staff

3. Owner of all Tools and master data - Tools are Same time, Pivot Tables, CPCD Tracker, CMS, HRIS, Handhelds and master data is Customers, Products, Customer Classes, Seller Mapping Tables, RPS Card, Seller Distribution Lists, Price List, Document Numbering

4. Ensure process Adherence - Owner of all backroom processes ( periodical branch data integration, backups, AR reco, data integrity, support, and call logging for h/w as well as s/w, troubleshooting issues etc )

5. Implementing technologies - Software implementation and problem solving as per P&G guidelines

6. Training of IDSS - Ensure IDSS across the Main site and Branches are fully trained to perform their R&R.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
