**Job Position**:Admin cum Purchase Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
- Ensure office equipment and infrastructure are well maintained.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event coordination.
- Manage documentation, filing, and general correspondence.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and training programs.
**Purchase & Procurement Duties**:
- Source and negotiate with vendors for IT equipment, office supplies, and services.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain supplier database.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments.
- Maintain inventory and reorder levels for consumables and hardware.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service agreements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration and/or procurement roles (preferably in an IT/ITES environment).
- Good understanding of purchase procedures and vendor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic IT hardware and services is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
