**Role description**:
**Salesforce Technical Architect**

Location : Bangalore Only

**Must-Have Skills**
- 9+ years of experience in software development, including 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven expertise in **Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud**:

- Strong knowledge of:

- **Case Management**:

- **Work Order Management**:

- **Service Appointment Scheduling**:

- **Knowledge Management**:

- **Experience Cloud**
- Proficiency in:

- **Apex**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, and **Flows**:

- **Salesforce APIs**: REST, Bulk, Streaming
- **Event-driven architecture** using Platform Events
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, **GIT**, and deployment tools like **Copado**:

- Expertise in designing **secure, scalable integrations** with ERP systems and other external platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and strategic planning capabilities

**Good-to-Have Skills**
- Experience working in **scaled agile environments**:

- Knowledge of Salesforce security models and configuration best practices
