- **Total Experience**: 10 to 15 years in software development
- **Salesforce Development Experience**: 5+ years minimum
- **Architecture & Solution Design**: 2+ years preferred

**Who We Are**:
In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform Team within the IT department, driving global Sales & Marketing automation capabilities via our CRM Systems. You will lead the discovery, design, and implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Recommend architectural patterns to meet IT & business needs around availability, scalability, and performance.
- Define technical scope and drive development of Salesforce solutions across multiple initiatives.
- Develop standards, guidelines, and frameworks; mentor project teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and performance benchmarks are maintained.
- Monitor and ensure Salesforce platform performance, reliability, and stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the evolution of platform capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with internal design, deployment, and support methodologies.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Salesforce Development**: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
- **Salesforce Configuration & Security**: Sharing models, profiles, roles, permissions
- **Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation Experience**
- **Salesforce Integration**: REST, Bulk, Streaming APIs, Platform Events
- **CI/CD Tools**: Copado, GIT, branching strategies
- **ERP Integrations**: Designing secure and scalable integrations
- **Performance Tuning**: Salesforce platform performance management
- **Agile Environment Experience (Scaled Agile preferred)**
