**Job Title**: F & B Controls Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all goods movements in/out the Central Kitchen, Warehouse and Stores are accounted as per SOP.
- To ensure proper compliance of min/max, par stock management system and to report the discrepancies, if any.
- To perform daily/monthly food and beverage sales reconciliation between POS sales and inventory format as per bar and to report the discrepancies, if any.
- To perform random and month end physical checks of inventory.
- To assist F & B Controller in preparation of monthly food and beverage costing, recipe costing, event costing and various other reports.
- To check void reports on daily basis.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the reporting manager/management.

**Job Specification**:
Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 4 - 5 Years of relevant experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Catering,

Food & Beverage establishments.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

- Intermediate to Advanced level in MS Excel
- Good Analytics, eye for detail and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
- Adaptability & Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
