**Description**:
**What is your role going to be?**
- Will be responsible for assisting and resolving issues for the Developers, DBA's, and Release Management team with Windows/Linux issues.
- Add new certificates into Windows servers
- Cross-train with the Portico DevOps team to perform builds and deploy software using Octopus/Jenkins

**What are we looking for?**
- 7+ experience in Application support, operations, ITIL, experience in.NET, including latest version, with the majority of this experience in C#
- Deep understanding of design principles, threading, real-time processing, and SQL Server DB queries and performance tuning
- Work experience in the payments industry - Strong experience in.NET C#
- Experience in working on building API/service-based platforms/products
- Hands-on experience with DevOps - CICD (Jenkins), source control (Git, TFS), Container technologies (docker/Kubernetes), Managing load balancer, Deployment tools - Octopus (or any), Configuring monitoring tool (AppDynamics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both in written and in verbal form are required due to the extensively collaborative role
- Quick Learner with attention to detail
- Always looking for process improvement and strongly taking the automation first approach
- Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing idea with ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
- Can conduct their own research or analysis of a topic that they themselves are unfamiliar with
