**Position: Client Service Executive**

**Location: Mumbai**
**Shift:

- Night Shift**

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Any graduation except Engineering and Computer Science.
- Final year students in distance education programs are also eligible.

**Experience**:

- 1-6 years in an international call centre.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (creating spreadsheets and documents).
- Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- No stammering or lisp.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document denial reasons and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Call insurance carriers based on client appointments.
- Work on outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports from clients or client-specific software.
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims.
- Be flexible to work in any voice-based process as required (e.g., Insurance Follow-Up, Patient Calling, Provider Outreach Program).
- Maintain individual daily logs.
- Complete assigned tasks and meet targets with speed and accuracy as per client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Adhere to Medusind’s Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules, training protocols, and company quality system and policies.
- Report issues to seniors promptly.
- Maintain punctuality at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
