**Position**: Client Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns or queries.
Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, creative, and technical) to ensure timely delivery of projects according to client specifications and expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through attentive service and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather project requirements, preferences, and feedback, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
Proposal Development: Assist in the development of project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work, tailored to meet client needs and budget constraints.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables before presenting them to clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
Client Feedback: Solicit and incorporate client feedback throughout the project lifecycle, making necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or enhancements to existing clients, maximizing revenue and client value.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in video production, providing insights and recommendations to clients as needed.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the video production or creative industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for understanding and exceeding client expectations.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering cooperation and mutual support.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using project management tools, CRM software, and other digital platforms to streamline communication, project tracking, and client management processes.
Creativity: A creative mindset with a genuine interest in visual storytelling and video production, capable of offering innovative solutions to clients' challenges.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
