We are seeking a passionate and driven **Field Sales Marketing Executive **to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through open market areas across the tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur).
- **Client Acquisition**: Engage potential customers, present our products, and convert leads into sales.
- **Market Research**: Understand local market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to optimize sales strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in field sales or marketing.
- Good Communication, Convincing power, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel within the tricity region.

**Salary Structure**:
This position offers an **On-Target Earnings (OTE)** structure, ensuring a rewarding compensation model based on performance.
- **Base Salary**: A basic salary component will be provided as per the company’s criteria.
- **Performance Incentives**: If you achieve or exceed your sales targets, your earnings will increase significantly based on the targets set. This performance-based component provides an excellent opportunity to boost your overall income.

**Performance Bonuses**:

- **Weekly Bonus**: If performance is consistently strong, you will be eligible for weekly performance-based bonuses.
- **Monthly Bonus**: Achieve your monthly targets and unlock additional financial rewards.
- **Quarterly Bonus**: Exceptional performers will also receive quarterly bonuses based on cumulative performance.
