Job Overview:
Job Title: Video Editor

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce video content for a variety of purposes, including training modules, presentations, and internal communications.
- Edit raw video footage, add effects, transitions, captions, and other multimedia elements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the content.
- Manage video projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video production and e-learning technologies to continually enhance content quality.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all video content is accessible, error-free, and optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a video content library for easy access and reuse across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with video-editing software such as Camtasia, Murf, Articulate, and a strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills for internal training and enablement purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and best practices for digital media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of additional multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Apple Pro (Final Cut) is a plus.
- Experience in instructional design or educational content development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
- Knowledge of whiteboard animation and related toolsets (Adobe Animate, Doodly) for creating educational and training content
