**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production & Coordination**:

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate video shoots with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of video content.
- Operate video equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
- **Instructional Design Integration**:

- Work closely with instructional designers to ensure videos align with the educational goals of the course or training program.
- Translate complex educational content into easily digestible and engaging video formats.
- Ensure videos incorporate instructional strategies like storytelling, visual aids, and interactive elements (if applicable) to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage, add visual effects, sound, and graphics to produce polished and professional final videos.
- Use video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to enhance videos for clarity and engagement.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual elements as needed to support the educational content.
- **Quality Assurance & Feedback**:

- Conduct quality checks to ensure videos meet the organization’s standards for accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
- Revise and edit videos based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets educational objectives.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Maintain clear communication throughout the production process to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and instructional design.
- Proactively suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the effectiveness and quality of educational video content.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- At least 1 years of experience in video production, educational content creation, and/or instructional design.
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with educational theories, instructional design principles, and best practices for multimedia learning.
- Experience creating e-learning or instructional videos for corporate, academic, or training environments.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficiency with video production equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and visually-driven with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
