Our client is a political organization that works on campaigns, communication, and public engagement. We are looking for an experienced **Video Producer** to join the Digital Communication Team and bring political narratives to life through high-impact visual storytelling.

**Job Details**:
**Tenure**: Full Time
**Location**: Patna, Bihar
**CTC**: 10 to 15 LPA

**Job Responsibilities:1. Video Production & Editing**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms and campaigns.
- Ensure smooth post-production processes, including sound editing, color correction, and visual enhancements.
- Utilize software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to create engaging videos.

**2. News & Political Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling narratives and visual storytelling strategies for political and public engagement content.
- Work closely with the communication team to conceptualize and execute video projects aligned with campaign objectives.
- Adapt content for different formats, including short-form and long-form videos, reels, and social media snippets.

**3. On-Field Production & Technical Expertise**:

- Coordinate and execute on-ground video shoots, managing cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Handle live streaming, event coverage, and interviews.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, particularly in news media and political communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** in video production, preferably in news channels, media houses, or political communication.
- **Strong storytelling skills** with an understanding of audience engagement and digital media trends.
- **Proficiency** in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- **Experience in field production** and knowledge of broadcast-quality equipment.
- **Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.**
