**Location**: Remote (Work From Home)
**Shift Timings**: Any 9-hour shift between 9AM-8 PM IST
**Schedule**: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 + Incentives up to ₹2,000

This job is for someone who can handle many types of conversations and is comfortable switching between platforms. If you like solving problems and talking to people, this could be a great fit for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Make follow-up calls for **cart recovery**, **feedback collection** and **retention**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve support quality
- Ensure a consistent and brand-aligned tone across all platforms

**Requirements**:

- At least **6 months of experience** in a customer support or service role, but **freshers with the right attitude are welcome**:

- Excellent communication skills in **both English and Hindi**:

- Comfortable using multiple communication platforms
- Willingness to work on **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays
- Access to a **laptop/desktop** and **stable internet connection**:

- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a **customer-first mindset**
