**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage complete accounting requirements for an Indian company, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Extensive experience in statutory preparation and filing, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
- Maintenance of the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet, including experience in managing the fixed assets register, accounts payables/receivables, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger (GL) reconciliation, funding, and tax estimates.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and statements as per the requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination with local audit teams (both internal and external) to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Provide ongoing accounting, financial analysis, and reporting support to the management team and other departments.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- B.Com/M.Com Graduate and **2-4 years** of post-qualification experience
- Experience in **accounting for an Indian entity** is required.
- Experience in General Ledger, Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed asset accounting, Book Keeping and Treasury is a mandate.
- Exposure to TDS, statutory preparation and filing, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory compliances.
- Proficient and good working knowledge of any Cloud-based ERP (Acumatica, Tally, Oracle) and Google Suite is mandatory.
- Business English proficiency is a must.
