**Job Purpose: -**

To deliver specialized training in Aptitude skills, preparing students for the Aptitude sections of employment and higher studies tests, such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, and other competitive exams.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a curriculum focused on quantitative aptitude required for competitive exams.
- **Instructional Excellence**: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions to enhance students’ Aptitude skills.
- **Student Support**:Provide guidance and mentorship, addressing individual learning needs for exam preparation.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Develop practice tests, assess student performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Innovation and Research**: Stay abreast of exam patterns and trends, integrating these insights into teaching methods and materials.

**Qualifications**:
- Master’s or higher degree in a Aptitude field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
- Prior experience in training for competitive exams Aptitude sections.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong grasp of Aptitude concepts and test-preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex Aptitude concepts.
- Commitment to educational innovation and student success.
